Routine upkeep is minimal—regular sweeping or blowing and occasional rinsing to remove debris are usually sufficient—while spot repairs handle wear without needing full resurfacing. Proper installation on a well-draining, compacted base further reduces settling and extends life; with basic care, rubber playground surfaces can remain safe and attractive for many years.

Safety Turf, Inc. warrants that the surface that is being used as a playground shall remain at or below 1000 HIC and 200 GMAX as tested in accordance with ASTM F1292 and F3313 for a period of three (3) years.
